1. Business Development Manager in-charge of Operations

Responsibilities;

  1. The management of company’s two divisions; recruitment and development. Ensure growth, effectiveness, efficiency and smooth running for the furtherance of the GNA vision, evidenced by measurable strides and milestones that are reviewable every quarterly.
  2. Strategy formulation.
  3. Motivate, build cohesiveness, and strong teams (department leaders and general staff) to the achievement of set targets.
  4. Ensure deadlines are meat sufficiently and timely with emphasis to the good care of all employees, client care, satisfaction and support.
  5. The general, effective smooth running of business in CEO’s absence.

Requirements;

  • A business degree from a recognized university.
  • Two years minimum experience in a similar position or equivalent, preferably in the service industry (evidence of performance required).
  • A strong work culture/ethic.
  • Excellent organizational, management/leadership skills.
  • Good judgement, sound decision making and personal initiative
  • A valid certificate of good conduct.

2. Accountant

Responsibilities

  1. Professionally/accurately perform all accounting work.
  2. Assist with the designing of the financial infrastructure.
  3. Offer sound advice to the CEO on financial decisions.
  4. The effective collection of all accounts receivable.
  5. The effective management of the payroll.
  6. Proper planning and the meeting of deadlines of all company’s obligations that are financial in nature or related.

Requirements;

  • A business degree (Finance) from a recognized university.
  • Two years minimum experience of continuous engagement (in a reputable organization)in a similar position or equivalent (evidence of performance required).
  • A strong work culture/ethic.
  • A valid certificate of good conduct.

  • Higher Diploma KNEC secretarial.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal and telephone skills.
  • Advanced certificate in Information Technology.
  • Record Management skills.
  • High integrity individual/Personal initiative.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver.
